Agaba Joshua, our Operations Manager, is responsible for coordinating the practical and logistical side of our safari operations.
Joshua is a graduate in Procurement and Logistics, bringing specialised knowledge in planning, procurement, coordination and logistics management to the Superfine Safaris team.
Safari operations involve numerous moving parts, from accommodation and transportation to permits, activities, guides and destination arrangements. Joshua works behind the scenes to ensure that these elements are properly coordinated and that the arrangements supporting each safari are in place.
His role is particularly important for multi-destination and multi-country journeys, where careful coordination is essential for a smooth travel experience.
Through attention to detail and effective logistical planning, Joshua helps transform carefully designed itineraries into well-executed journeys.

Joy Kiconco is our Reservations and Travel Advisor, responsible for helping clients turn their travel ideas into carefully planned safari experiences.
Joy is a graduate of Tourism and Hospitality with extensive training and expertise in itinerary development, safari costing and travel advisory services.
She works closely with clients to understand their interests, preferred travel style, available time and budget before developing suitable safari options.
Whether a traveller is planning a gorilla trekking adventure, wildlife safari, chimpanzee experience, birding trip, cultural journey, honeymoon or tailor-made East African holiday, Joy brings together the practical details required to create a well-balanced itinerary.
Her expertise in safari costing also allows her to develop realistic travel proposals that balance accommodation, activities, transportation and the client’s overall budget.
For Joy, reservations are about more than confirming bookings. They are about listening to travellers, providing honest advice and helping them make informed decisions about their African adventure.
Jeremy Agaba – Accountant
Financial Accuracy & Professional Administration
Jeremy Agaba, our Accountant, oversees the financial administration of Superfine Safaris Limited.
Jeremy is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments and invoices, supporting budgeting and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
He works closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure that financial arrangements are properly coordinated with safari bookings and operational requirements.
Professional financial management is an important part of building trust with our clients and partners. Jeremy’s attention to financial accuracy helps ensure that the administrative side of every safari is handled responsibly and professionally.
Eric Mutungi – Head Driver Guide
Experience, Destination Knowledge & Safari Expertise
Eric Mutungi, our Head Driver Guide, leads our team of safari driver guides and brings extensive practical knowledge of Uganda and East Africa.
Eric has vast knowledge of Uganda’s national parks, roads, wildlife, birds, plants, landscapes, communities and tourism destinations. His experience in the field gives him a deep understanding of the country and the many different environments through which our guests travel.
As Head Driver Guide, Eric also plays an important role in supporting and guiding our field team, helping maintain professional standards and sharing his knowledge and experience with fellow guides.
On safari, Eric and our driver guides provide much more than transportation. They help guests understand wildlife behaviour, identify birds and plants, interpret landscapes and learn about the communities and conservation efforts connected to the destinations they visit.
Whether exploring Uganda’s savannah parks, travelling through the Albertine Rift or heading into the forests of Bwindi and Kibale, our guides bring the destination to life through their knowledge and passion.
We consider our driver guides to be safari professionals, wildlife enthusiasts, storytellers and ambassadors for Uganda.

Why Our Team Matters
We understand that choosing a safari company involves trust. Travellers are entrusting us with their holiday, their time and a significant investment in an experience they may have dreamed about for years.
That is why we place great importance on professionalism, communication, local knowledge, attention to detail and personalised service.
We are proudly rooted in Uganda, and our team understands the country not simply as a tourism destination, but as a place we know, appreciate and are passionate about sharing.
Our aim is to make every guest feel well looked after from the first conversation to the moment they complete their journey.
