Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pick up at Arusha and Travel by Road to Tarangire

Early in the morning, your professional driver guide from Tanzania will be present at the hotel or respective location to pick you up. Expect to depart from Arusha town for Tarangire National Park, which may take only 2 to 3 hours. Upon early arrival at Tarangire, have a relaxed moment at the safari camp or lodge. Later, you will start the journey to explore wonders in Tarangire, the Park that is most popular for its huge baobab trees and abundant wildlife.

A guided game drive session along the trails in Tarangire comes with astonishing encounters of wildlife such as cheetahs, buffalo, cheetahs, leopards, elands, zebras, Oryx, Kudus, and giraffes. After the exciting game drive, return safely to enjoy a leisurely dinner and retire for the night.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Departure for Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart from the lodge in Tarangire for Central Serengeti (Seronera). Today’s journey will include a guided game drive to allow you to observe a range of wildlife, including those that start their day early. Leave Tarangire for Seronera, which is the vibrant central circuit of Serengeti.

Day 3: Explore the Central region of Serengeti on a Game drive

Head off to the spectacular Central region and Seronera Valley in Serengeti National Park. This is the most vibrant section of Serengeti and lets you enjoy sightings of cheetahs, jackals, buffaloes, topis, impalas, bat-eared foxes, and lions. Today’s game viewing session in the Central region includes a picnic lunch in the wilderness. After the lunch meal, continue safely to the Northern end of Serengeti for relaxation.

On a lucky day, you will witness the Great Migration plus 1000s of other grazers. Have a leisurely lunch in the savannas and then proceed with the next session while you get close to the camp.

Day 5: Drive to Ngorongoro, enjoy an afternoon Game drive

After your delicious breakfast, check out, and this morning, you will head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave Serengeti, expect a short game drive and later, proceed to Ngorongoro. At Ngorongoro, expect to enjoy a leisurely time in the lodge, and later, you will have an afternoon game viewing tour.

Descend through the base area of the Ngorongoro Crater. At the base of the Ngorongoro, you will come across many wildlife species including rhinos, lions, leopards, hyenas, buffaloes, and antelopes. You will head to the lodge to relax, dine, and stay overnight.
