Day 1: Arrival & transfer to hotel in Arusha

Upon arrival at the Arusha Airport, you will have a warm welcome from your driver guide. You will depart from Arusha early and drive to the hotel in Arusha. Our team will be present to take you through the itinerary and also get to know the safari guide to will take you the next day.

Day 2: Pick up early morning and drive to the Serengeti

Early in the morning, you will be picked up by the Tanzania guide. Depart from Arusha for Serengeti National Park which lies in the Northern Tourist Circuit. Getting to Serengeti will take you about 6 to 7 hours and upon arrival, continue to the safari camp/lodge to enjoy lunch at leisure. Leave your camp for you to enjoy a late afternoon game drive with an expert.

Have breakfast early in the morning and after, embark on a full-day game viewing experience. A combined morning and afternoon game drive excursion offers adequate time to explore the Big 5 game (elephants, buffalo, leopards, lions, and rhinos), plus other diverse wildlife and birds. After the first session, you will have lunch under the cool shade and as you enjoy your meal, don’t forget to keep an eye on some species as they roam around. You will conclude today’s session with an afternoon game drive and then return to the lodge towards evening.

Day 4: Drive to Ngorongoro, embark on a game drive with an expert

After breakfast, you will leave your camp or lodge and embark on another game drive for you to search for more wildlife in the Serengeti plains. Proceed from Serengeti to Ngorongoro and en route, you will also branch to Olduvai Gorge. From the Olduvai Gorge, continue to Ngorongoro –a UNESCO heritage site in Tanzania.

Today, you will enjoy the first game drive session in the afternoon. This involves descending around the crater while admiring the stunning volcanoes and spotting diverse wildlife species. On a game drive in Ngorongoro, expect to spot black rhinos, leopards, lions, buffalo, elephants, and many antelope families.

Day 5: Early morning game drive & depart for Arusha, fly to Zanzibar

Embark on the early game drive for you to explore more wildlife around the Crater. A game drive through the Crater allows you to spot a variety of wildlife including zebras, giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, and multiple bird species. After the game drive, you will proceed to Arusha which is about a 3-4 hour’ drive. At Arusha, you will be dropped off at the airport for you to catch a flight to Zanzibar. At Zanzibar, your driver will pick you up and transfer you to a luxurious hotel for relaxation.

Day 6: Relax at the Zanzibar Beaches

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and after, you will have adequate time at the scenic Zanzibar beach. You can engage in your favorite water excursions, take photos, and have great fun. The rest of the evening will be spent at the pre-booked boutique hotel in Zanzibar which lies along the Indian Ocean coastline.

Day 7: Embark on a Dolphin tour

Pick up early morning and set off to the Southern side of Zanzibar where Dolphin adventures are enjoyed. Visit Kizimkazi fishing village for dolphin watching. Get a chance to view the bottle-nosed and humpback dolphins. Return from the dolphin watching excursion to Stone Town.
